Do you pay the agency fees and the security deposit?
No, the agency fees and the security deposit are at your expense and must be paid to the landlord when you sign the lease of your new home.However, please note that these fees are regulated by law, which helps to avoid improper practices.
Can I do a parallel search for accommodation on my own?
Yes, you can personally do parallel inquiries, by yourself, as long as it is not through another mobility provider or company.We simply ask you to share your searches with us via the application, for optimal collaboration.
Can I use other mobility providers at the same time for my accommodation search?
No, in the mission letter that you sign at the beginning of our service, you commit to providing us with the exclusivity of your housing search.However, you can also search for an accommodation by yourself, and share them with us via the application.
How can you offer free assistance?
Our assistance is free because it is entirely subsidized by the Mobili-Pass® aid from Action Logement.Action Logement is a reference in France in the field of housing, whose mission is to facilitate the access to housing to favor employment.
Can I receive the Mobili-Pass® from Action Logement directly?
No, the Mobili-Pass® housing assistance can only be paid to an Action Logement certified mobility provider, such as InstallYou.
